Meet Darren
Founder of DM Prime Properties Darren Medland started his property journey in 2011 after buying his first house and accidentally becoming a live-in landlord. It wasn’t until after he had served as a Bomb Disposal Diving Engineer in the Royal Navy and working as a Paramedic for many years that Darren decided to make the leap into property. He then bought his first set of properties in April 2024 and DM Prime Properties was born!
Leaving the Navy to spend unmissable time with his family, Darren knows all too well how important a safe and comfortable home is for people. That’s why he focuses on affordability and refurbishing, so we can ensure tenants are living in a property that is comfortable and supports their wellbeing. With his life experience and expertise combined, Darren enjoys meeting new people through DM Prime Properties and looks to provide a personable and friendly service.
